For new starters, the focus is core workplace training commonly included in an induction — easy to schedule and properly recorded. Exactly which courses apply depends on the role, the sector and your risk assessments, and we help you work that out. For Early Years teams, that induction training is joined by CPD-style professional development.
Delivered online, through self-paced modules or live remote sessions, as a single induction or a structured first-week programme.

- CPD-style learning that builds skills carrying straight into practice. We only describe a course as accredited where genuine external accreditation applies.
- Compliance refreshers
- Refresher sessions delivered so the content is understood and retained, not just recorded as complete.
- HR essentials for managers
- Employment fundamentals for line managers: probation, absence, conduct, performance and record-keeping.
